Heraeus Photovoltaics, President Andreas Liebheit was awarded “The most respected Photovoltaic industry leader” by organizers of the 2016 SNEC-show in Shanghai, the largest and most important Photovoltaic exhibition worldwide.
The award was granted on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the SNEC. The SNEC highlighted Andreas Liebheit’s outstanding industry engagement and his drive for constantly increasing PV efficiency.
Over the last year, Heraeus has become the worldwide leading supplier of metallization pastes for the photovoltaic industry. With its newest product 9631C, Heraeus is able to increase efficiency of photovoltaic modules by 0.2%, a significant increase in the photovoltaic industry. It is the first time a new product is being awarded at such an early stage of market entrance.
